It seems like forever since I sat down in front of my iMac and actually blogged! Due to an injury I was restricted from my computer but I AM BACK and feeling great! Now to get back to business, I need to share with you my love for the brand NIP+ FAB and their skincare products.

NIP + FAB is a brand that fuses new technology with innovative ingredients that give us unique products such as the Dragon’s Blood Plumping mask. NIP + FAB recently signed on Sophia Richie as the Brand Ambassador and who, in my opinion, represents the brand perfectly. She’s fearless, cutting edge and always in the spotlight!

My skin looks a bit out of sorts lately. I believe it’s because I’m on crazy pain meds that are reaping havoc on my skin. I’ve been having severe dry patches around the chin area, dullness and redness around the nose and cheek area and I’m super oily in my T-zone. Usually, I have normal to dry skin so having severe dry patches and oily skin was worrisome to me so I ditched my usual  go-to skincare routine and started using the NIP+FAB to clear up this mess.

Along with a big cup of java, my morning skincare lineup looks like this.

I use this mild cleanser on my skin because it works and does not irritate me. Next up I like to exfoliate with the Glycolic Scrub Fix.

I find it really gentle on the skin and has a nice light fragrance to it , almost smells like grapefruit. The exfoliator acts as a 3-in-1 product. It exfoliates with glycolic and salicylic acids, brightens and renews the skin. I use it everyday as I feel it’s gentle enough on my skin to do so. What I really find interesting about this product is after using it adds moisture to my skin and doesn’t dry it out.

Immediately after the Glycolic Scrub Fix, I like to use the Dragon’s Blood Fix Plumping Mask.I squeeze a pea sized amount onto my fingers and gently smooth it onto my face. I love the immediate cooling sensation the mask gives me and I leave it on for about 10 minutes.

The mask has 3 main components to it:

Hyaluronic acid hydrates to plump up the skin ; Amino acid to brighten the skin and lastly; Dragon`s blood to restore and comfort skin back to it`s natural hydrated state.

I know what your all thinking!  Is the mask made with real Dragon`s blood ?

Obviously not 🙂 It’s made with  sap from the Croton Lechleri tree. This mask has become one of my faves to use because I see how quickly it works to get rid of the redness. Has it helped to plump up my skin? I would say yes, but only for a very short time as I don’t believe it’s a long lasting effect.

Lastly to get rid of the excess oil I have in my T-zone I use the Glycolic Fix Night Pads three times a week before bed. I would recommend to only use these pads if you have oily skin. Within a week I noticed less oil around the T-zone even though I was till on my strong pain meds!

The pads contain :

5% glycerin acid to aid to smooth skin texture; salicylic acid to unclog congested skin; and lactic acid get rid of dead skin and oil.

So overall I have to say I am really impressed with these products. I found them to be really effective and I can see myself buying them repeatedly. It doesn’t’ hurt that they are super affordable and can be purchased either online or in Canada at any Shoppers Drug Mart 🙂

Have you tried any NIP + FAB skincare products? If you have leave a comment below 🙂 I would love to hear from you.

Oh My I love Nip + Fab. I love the glycolic scrub, both chemical and physical exfoliants work so well together without being harsh. Plus that Dragons Blood Mask is amazing, I also have the serum and cannot get enough of the line. I am going to have to check out the pads next.
